The following is an outline of services provided by this firm. Please contact me if you have any questions or need more information.

Consulting:
I provide consulting services on an hourly basis. Many projects start out this way. A client may need some ideas or have questions about a project they are planning. Time spent discussing thoughts or answering questions will usually help move a new project forward to the planning stage. Ongoing projects may require an occasional meeting or strategy session to maintain progress.

Consulting services include time spent in meetings, preparing reports, cost estimates, coordinating work with other professionals (architects, engineers, surveyors, etc.), working with regulatory agencies (local, state, federal), additional design time, creating plans, design details, coordinating utilities, project layout and verification, inspections, phone consultations,travel time, etc.

Planning:
This service is related to the preparation of plans and is generally determined by a defined scope of work. This includes items such as sketches, conceptual drawings, master planning, site planning, planting plans, and construction drawings. Fixed fees are determined based on the intended work, available resources, project complexity, and the types of plans required.

Construction Supervision:
Upon completion of construction drawings for your project you may decide to hire subcontractors and manage implementation of the job yourself. At this point this office can provide personnel to supervise your subcontractors as needed. An hourly rate will be charged for this service.

Project Management:
I can manage the construction of your project as well. If you prefer to stand back and watch, then I can put together a team that can turn your dream into a reality. This includes hiring subcontractors, verifying their qualifications, project administration, coordination, insurance, material acquisition, mileage, etc. Personnel from this office will supervise the work of subcontractors insuring quality control.
