This equestrian estate included the creation of extensive pasture land, circulation routes, bridges, paths, and the location of house and barn sites.  House construction included the design and installation of a swimming pool, water feature, and extensive gardens and outdoor terracing.  The barn was located nearby and included paddocks, riding ring, hay and straw storage, tractor storage, and other related features.
